Lizzie works with Buyers and Sellers as a Broker Consultant. She routinely outperforms market norms by maintaining a 98% list-to-sale price ratio on closed listings. Lizzie has personally sold over $35,000,000 in residential real estate. Over the course of her career, she has directly contributed to over $130,000,000 in sales.

She understands that buying or selling a home is a huge life decision and takes care to guide buyers and sellers through the ins and outs of each transaction and to empower them with knowledge so that they feel comfortable every step of the way. Lizzie has sold extensively throughout the city and specializes in the Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Roscoe Village, Gold Coast, Old Town, Logan Square, Wicker Park and Bucktown neighborhoods. She is a lifelong resident of Chicago and attended St. Clement grade school in Lincoln Park and Saint Ignatius High School in Little Italy. After completing her primary and secondary education, Lizzie attended New York University where she received the prestigious Founders Day Award for academic excellence.

Prior to joining @properties, Elizabeth worked on independent films in Los Angeles, New York, and New Orleans. She enjoys practicing yoga, songwriting and holistic nutrition in her free time. She is happily married to a drummer.
