Lizzie was absolutely fantastic to work with. And, honestly, I think we could not have bought a home without her help. We started the process slowly and built momentum and I think it became more and more time intensive and complicated! Both Cathie and I have jobs that demand a lot of our schedules and Lizzie accommodated us, including weird hours, phone calls and multiple site visits on weekends. She also got to know us well enough that she could start to sense what we were looking for. We went through multiple offers before we found the right place. Quin was a fantastic broker and we would recommend him to anyone. He paid close attention to which types of homes we were interested in and showed us properties that met our specific requirements. He was knowledgable about the ins and outs of design, utilities, layout, amenities and always had important questions for the sellers about the properties we didn't think to ask. He helped us negotiate a great price for the home we ended up purchasing which was well below asking. Finally, when we reached a crossroads in regards to repair negotiations with the seller he worked overtime to make sure we came to terms on a deal that was satisfactory to us. Now we are just busy unpacking our new home which is even better than we originally imagined!
